Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management principles, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

For licensed agents, many opportunities to earn commissions.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of assigned residential properties, including maintenance, and tenant relations.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.

Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, including scheduling contractors and vendors as needed.

Market and advertise available units to attract prospective tenants and ensure maximum occupancy.

Screen and approve rental applications in accordance with company policies and fair housing regulations.

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and financial statements related to property operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge or willingness to learn landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and property management best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, organization and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Driver's license and ability to travel (gas stipend for personal vehicle use).
