RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA

A small, family-owned community association management company with more than 45 years in the management business is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator in its northern Virginia headquarters. The position has the potential for career advancement as the company grows.

Job Description and Responsibilities

The Resident Services Coordinator reports to a Community Managers and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents in the company's client community associations. Typical duties include:

administering amenities such as pool passes, parking permits, entry systems, bike storage, and other amenities as needed;

processing requests for resale certifications and other documentation;

responding to resident questions and services requests;

maintaining community and owner files; and

other projects as needed.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least some experience or familiarity with condominiums and homeowners' associations. Experience in community association management or rental property management is preferred. Specific qualifications include:

excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills (foreign language skills are a plus);

keen attention to detail and a can-do attitude;

proficiency with standard business software and typing skills;

punctual and accountable;

a professional appearance and demeanor;

self-motivation and ability to multi-task; and

impeccable integrity.

Salary and Benefits

Salaried at $52,000.00 per year;

Retirement IRA with employer matching;

90% employer paid health insurance plus dental and vision;

paid time off and paid holidays.

Start Date: April 1, 2025.
