Real Estate Marketing

DC based real estate and housing service business is looking for part time marketing and sales person(s) to assist with sale and rental of listings at a client property now selling in Southeast DC near Anacostia Metro station. Administrative skills including Excel and Word plus email along with some prior familiarity with real estate sales, property management, remodeling or residential purchase financing would be preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish and English verbal as well as writing/reading also preferred. DC Prelicense course completion or license strongly preferred and factor in pay rate and bonus opportunities. Must be willing to assist with Open House events on Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Hours to be between 9 and 6 with an initial weekly total of 8 to 12 plus Open House time depending on experience and credentials. Open to training or assisting motivated applicant to acquire credentials.
