Part Time - Weekend Leasing Agent WANTED! Bethesda Apartments
Compensation: Competitive Pay
Employment type: part-time
Required hours will be Saturdays 9am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.
Vehicle required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Answer phones, respond to emails, greet prospective renters, show available apartments.
2. Take resident service requests.
3. Assist in New Tenant Application Process.
4. Verify landlord and employment history and run credit checks for potential tenants.
5. Meet Tenants for Lease Signings.
6. Assist with move-in and move-outs.
7. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous multi-family housing experience desired, but we are willing to train the right candidate with previous sales experience.
Telephone skills and customer service experience is a must.
