Bethesda Property Management Office is seeking a Part-Time Leasing/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to both leasing operations and administrative support within a fast-paced property management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Duties (including but not limited to):
Create and manage online leasing advertisements
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and schedule property showings
Conduct property tours and present available spaces to prospective tenants
Prepare lease agreements and facilitate deal closures
Administrative Duties (including but not limited to):
Respond to tenant communications and ensure timely resolution of issues
Process incoming mail and invoices
Conduct periodic property inspections
Coordinate meetings with tenants and support ongoing tenant relations
Schedule
Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 2:30pm
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on needs
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Property Management and/or Commercial Real Estate
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful approach
