Our client, a local commercial real estate firm, is seeking an Operations & Assessment Coordinator to join their Arlington, VA office!About You:A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.1+ years of administrative experience required (professional data and operations experience is a plus).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Access and SQL experience is preferred.Must be tech savvy and trainable.Detail-oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.The Job:Provide support with operations and data.Coordinate and help with Payroll.Maintain employee and property operational data through several databases.Maintain all databases and operation systems.Produce periodic assessment reports using various systems and source data.Other duties as assigned.This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$24/hr and will convert to $53K-$55K depending on experience.
