We are a commercial loan brokerage and would like to explore having a full-time dedicated loan processor to our team. We only do investor loans (DSCR, fix and flip, new construction, multi-family, etc.). We are looking for the following characteristics:
- Previous loan processing experience
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized
- Professionally polite, yet aggressive, as it relates to collecting documents to keep our files moving
- Comfortable emailing and/or calling multiple parties to get what is needed to close deals
- Ideally, has another source of steady passive income since loan closings can be somewhat inconsistent and closings can take up to 21 to 30 days. If not, then a solid understanding of how the loan game works. The compensation is $500 per closed file. Pretty cut and dry.
- Not interested in overseas agents or overseas companies. Want to work with someone who is based in the United States.
