Busy / award winning real estate agent in need of occasional help to show properties for $30. per hour when out of town, or over scheduled.
I need an agent licensed preferably in DC, VA and MD. But, most importantly DC and VA.
I am happy to mentor, a bit, also. I would write and negotiate any contracts - mostly just need someone to show properties to my clients.
