Job Summary:
As a leasing consultant, you will play a crucial role in our property management team by effectively leasing residential to prospective tenants. You will be responsible for showcasing properties, providing excellent customer service to potential tenants, and ensuring all leasing transactions are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and amenities of each property.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in-person visits.
Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting background and credit checks.
- Coordinate move-in dates and lease signings, ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
-Tax Credit experience preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of DC fair housing laws and regulations.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
