Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant needed from February-April 2025:
Requirements:
Must be legally able to work in US (lawful permanent residents/green card holders) or US citizen
Education: minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks, maintain filing systems
Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on accuracy and small details
Time Management: Efficiently managing deadlines and work schedules
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with colleagues, clients, and visitors
Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Duties (including but not limited to):
Scanning and making copies of client documents
Filing documents physically and electronically
Answering office phones, taking and delivering messages, checking voicemail
Sorting and sending mail
Welcoming clients who visit the office
Keeping track of office supplies and ordering accordingly
Assisting Office Manager in other office tasks as they arise
Temporary assignment from February-April 2025. Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Compensation is negotiable. Please email resume for consideration.
