Duties:
Answering customers inquiries via phone, email and chat
Provide information about products and services
Resolve customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records using date entry software with attention to details
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service
Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
