Choice Property Management is looking for a Property Inspector with positive attitude and great work quality. This position serves as a member of a team responsible for Property Inspection. It includes the coordination of vendor activities, inspections, as well as the resolution of any concerns or conflicts as they arise. The position requires detail orientation, communication skills, the ability to multitask and professional demeanor.
Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct various property inspections
- Coordinate various vendor maintenance projects
- Coordination of turnover activities in between tenants
- Assistance in client property walkthroughs
- Measure and enforce quality of work for the maintenance team
- Measure and enforce quality of work for the vendors
- Prepare various reports
- Follow through with on-going projects
- Obtain multiple bids for maintenance work as necessary
- Assist with community management
- More Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
− Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
− Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
− Excellent organizational skills.
− Very detailed orientated.
− Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
− Must be a quick learner and able to think on their feet.
- A valid driver's license
- Cell phone with capability to send/receive text messages and emails
- Must be able to travel to properties within a 50 mile radius of our Fairfax office to perform quality inspections.
