Superior Paving Corp has an opportunity for an individual to manage the Company's Total Process Reliability (TPR) program to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs for the organization. This position coordinates day-to-day activities in support of the TPR program for the Company's heavy equipment and Corporate Office in accordance with Superior's quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include identifying continuous improvement opportunities and advising management on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the TPR process for equipment, assets, and/or the Corporate Office. The position also maintains contracts and oversees services provided by custodial, parking lot/snow removal, pest control, building security, and ground maintenance vendors.
