Part time leasing agent

A large busy Apartment community in S. Arlington is seeking a part-time leasing agent Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 4:00. Applicant should be bi-lingual in English and Spanish, know Microsoft Word and Excel, have great communication and people skills, and knowledge of the metro area. Duties will include leasing apartments, answering phones and emails for leasing and maintenance requests, answering resident questions, and assigning maintenance tickets for repair.
