Sky Enterprise Services is a small Insurance and virtual assistance brokerage located in Alexandria, VA is looking for an Part-Time Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative.
Our ideal candidate should have the following attributes: self-starter, friendly, energetic, flexible, resourceful, punctual, responsible and have the willingness to learn. This position is a part time position with plenty of room for growth!
Required Qualifications:
MUST have a Highschool diploma or GED.
MUST be Bilingual in written and verbal Spanish and English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, ect…
Basic knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram (Ability to Market an added plus.)
Must be able to work under limited supervision.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to handle tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Positive, Enthusiastic, and a Friendly demeanor.
Must have a clean criminal record.
Exceptional communication skills and have the ability to interact with customers.
Job Duties Include but not Limited to:
Answer phones
Greet customers
Update customer files and follow up logs
Send/ Receive Mail
Data entry via variety of platforms
Service and solve customer issues
Update daily spreadsheets and communicate updates accordingly
Handle customers payments- Process and/or contact for missing payments
Generate monthly reports
Starting pay will start at $12.00+ per hour based on experience. No experience needed we are willing to train. Great for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment!
Monday- Friday, Hours Range from 9:30am-4:00pm, about 15-25 hours per week depending on need.
