We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist for our warehouse operations in Sterling, VA. This is a part-time, on-site role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, including phone call orders, paperwork, and coordination of deliveries. The hours for this position are currently Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
Process phone call orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer requests.
Handle paperwork, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Coordinate and oversee the delivery schedule, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline administrative processes.
Assist in the organization and execution of daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse setting.
Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
Basic sales skills and the ability to interact with customers.
Knowledge of general administrative tasks and paperwork procedures.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish is required as phone orders can be in either language.
Note: This is not a delivery driver position. It is an administrative role that involves coordination, paperwork, and administrative support within a warehouse setting.
