This role requires a customer-focused individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to take initiative in managing the day-to-day operations of our office. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth workflow, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality moving and storage services.

Responsibilities

Ensure seamless office operations and maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.

Oversee customer service communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.

Organize and streamline administrative processes to improve overall efficiency.

Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing onboarding.

Maintain employee records and process payroll accurately.

Train and develop office staff to enhance their customer service and operational skills.

Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and communication systems to support daily operations.

Take initiative in solving problems and proactively address office and client needs.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and related office software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage customer and vendor interactions professionally.

Ability to manage and develop staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Experience with payroll processes and maintaining employee records.

Ability to implement and oversee training programs for continuous staff development.
