Duties Include but are not limited to
Answering phones which requires that you follow our call-log policies. Patience, and detail orientation is mandatory.
Data Entry of sensitive health care related information.
Assembling Client and Employee Files.
Inputting Staff Schedules
Managing Agency Software ( DATA ENTRY)
Emails, Scanning, and Faxing.
Creating Spreadsheets
Scheduling Appointments
Trouble Shooting Client and Employee Concerns.
Take Direction from CEO
Follow Policies
Create Letter for Staff Communication
Mail/ Email Newsletter
Experience Requirement:
Must have strong computer skills such as Outlook, Power Points, and Excel
Strong Customer Service skills with Patience due to the fact that we care for Sick people who need gentleness and compassion while they are expressing their needs.
