Restoration Company that remediates and rebuilds properties damaged as a result of fire, water/ flood, mold and/or natural disaster.

Provide administrative support to the office and project managers. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, emailing, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Maintain customer relations on specific active projects, including keeping customers updated on project status, ensuring their satisfaction, intermediating between customers and field crew.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years relevant experience.
Bilingual Preferred(Spanish/English)
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal, written communication skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
Construction/Repair Experience a plus.
Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
