Job description
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Basic administrative duties and daily assistance to client file management
Answer and direct emails and phone calls, field potential and current clients, and set appointments
Assist with logging expense receipts and client-related payments
Organize and accurately maintain electronic and hard copy filing
Provide excellent client support and address inquiries or issues promptly
Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills as the position requires daily engagements with clients and vendors
Possess good verbal and writing skills
Detail oriented with problem solving ability is vital – able to resolve in-office or field questions in a timely manner
Good analytical skills to effectively maintain updates to client files
Must be able to take initiative and work independently as well as within the team
At least one year of previous experience in administrative/customer service is preferred
Google Workspace and MS Office proficiency
An interest in travel and ability to speak Italian is a bonus but not required
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Office Assistant will be expected to work on-site at our office location.
