We are commercial real estate firm and looking for office assistant to help with marketing and research.
Average Daily Duties:
Marketing properties, property search, document creation (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word), web site maintenance and so on
Expected Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, fax, and email are a must. We have an easy going office atmosphere and are looking for an outgoing people who can be a self motivator and work within a team environment. Applicants must be punctual, reliable, and drug free.
Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and good follow-thru skills, Computer experience necessary, including Microsoft Office and use of Internet. Job may also include minimal Filing and Data entry.
