Women- Owned small business, Remodeling company located in Silver Spring, Maryland is seeking a reliable and organized Bookkeeper office manager assistant (part-time position with the potential to become full-time).
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
This is an in-office position (not remote) Prepare, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Creating daily invoices in QuickBooks
. Creating Estimates and Statements in QuickBooks
Must be familiar with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Answer telephone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
Assist with payroll.
Handling filing, emailing, scanning, and copying
Must be a team player with relevant experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred, but not required.
Subcontractor 1099/ Employee W2
Part Time Position 24 hours weekly or as needed.
Full time position. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
