We are a small-mid size company (15-20 employees) and we need someone with a background in Bookkeeping and administrative tasks to be our strong team player, be our CEO's right hand and help us run our office!. (on-site position. Remote option NOT available)

Please note an ONSITE Excel and QuickBooks test must be passed to be considered.
1. Advanced knowledge of QBO? (set up chart of accounts, set up recurring billing, link all transactions with online banking, export QB data in Excel and handle sorting, advanced filters and formulars
2. Do you have accounting background and you can fully reconcile a Bank and CC statement, P&L and balance sheet year end closing entries?
3. Fluent in English or Spanish, including handling phone conversations with English speakers only AND advanced composition of letters?
4. Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills?
5. Can work on-site from 6:30am and be on time for work on a reliable and consistent manner?
Responsibilities:
- Entry accounting Journal entries, contact and pay vendors, contact providers and reconcile accounting records daily and at the end of each month and maintain the Accounts receivable ledger on a daily basis.
-Clerical tasks, redact letters to clients, call clients, sort mail, organize supplies and company inventory, maintain files, make copies, scan documents etc.
-Update staff calendars
-Keep office organized, tidy and running smoothly
-Help with plant deliveries (Receive low weight deliveries and organize it 2 twice per month)
