Job Opportunity: Autobody Receptionist
We are seeking a motivated and professional Autobody Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service and ensuring the smooth operation of our autobody shop.

Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the shop.
- Answer phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments for vehicle repairs and estimates.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding services and repair timelines.
- Maintain and organize customer records and vehicle information.
- Process billing, payments, and assist with insurance paperwork.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist, preferably in an automotive or autobody setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, computers, fax machines, etc.).
- Positive, friendly attitude and a team player.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and patience.
