Auto-repair shop office assistant
Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of the automotive industry, including an understanding of basic automotive maintenance and repair procedures PREFERRED.
Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills. Spanish speaking preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
Input customer information, invoices, and service details into the shop’s management system.
Order parts: Utilize time efficiently by ordering parts and orchestrating repairs to maintain workflow.
Attention to detail when finishing tickets to ensure all parts and labor is billed out at the correct rates and the total is consistent with the estimate.
Follow up with customers on estimates and repair status.
