Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paces environment
- Punctual, reliable and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Managing the front desk by greeting parents, answering phone calls and emails from parents
- Understand our programs and explain to new parents clearly
- Communicate with parents to address issues, questions and concerns
- Ensure positive experiences by providing excellent customer service
- Assist art teachers when there is a need
