Falls Church based Design Build Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our in-office team as a part-time employee. Timing can be negotiated so it is good for all. There is the potential for this job to develop into a full-time gig. The ideal candidate needs to be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have superior follow-up skills. They should possess a strong work ethic and be a reliable team player.
Responsibilities to include managing general administrative tasks and accounts payable duties. We are interested in applicants who are hardworking, trustworthy, dependable, and have a positive attitude. You must have general computer knowledge, experience with QuickBooks accounting software a major plus.
Job Duties:
· Entering receipts, vendor invoices and other accounting items into Quickbooks
· Communicating with vendors and staff to retrieve information
· Generating Reports
· Accounts Payable duties as assigned
· Administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years accounting experience preferred.
· Working knowledge with accounting systems and MS Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
