A wine import/wholesale company located in Lorton, VA has an administrative position open for a people oriented and energetic individual to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. She/he must possess strong database skills, interpersonal and communication skills and be very proficient in computer usage. Primary duties will include entering and reviewing orders, answering phone and email inquires to provide customer service, supporting operations, and performing administrative tasks as needed. Must be organized, detail oriented, punctual, and possess great problem solving skills. Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in multi- tasking office/administrative environment. This position is in-person position.
