MEP Partners is looking for a dependable Admin Support Team Member to join our construction company and help coordinate project starts—including pulling permits and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing and scheduling job starts
Pull permits and manage permit documentation
Maintain and update project files
Communicate with subcontractors, clients, and municipal offices
Support overall office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail (imperative!)
Ability to switch gears quickly and handle multiple tasks
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Prior administrative or construction industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Full-time, in-office: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay range ($17-$20)
