Pathway Homes is a private, nonprofit organization providing housing and services for adults with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders.
We are seeking a Handyman to join our maintenance team. The position is 32 hours per week with full benefits.
Pay: $17 per hour

Job Description: This position is responsible for preventative and other maintenance of agency residential scattered site properties. This position requires rotating availability on-call.
Assists with unit turnovers
Supports tenant moves
Routine & preventative maintenance tasks
Pick up donations
Completes routine inspections
Posts tenant notices
Assists with deliveries and coordinating with contractors
Required Qualifications: Experience with general maintenance and repair. Able to lift and move and supplies < 50lbs. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Good communication skills.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
