Job Description:
As an Electronic Manufacturing Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations to fabricate electronic components.
> Primary responsibilities:
-Working with Drill-Press, Band- Saw, Sheet metal Cutter, Knee-Mill, CNC machine, Sander, and Sandblaster.
-Working with a variety of hand tools
-Machine-Shop service and maintenance
-Part masking, preparation for paint, and painting
> Secondary responsibilities:
- Electronic Assembly under microscope or magnifying glass
- Cutting Cables, Soldering, and wiring
- Fastening Connectors and metal covers
- Assisting shipping/receiving department
- Conducting product inspection and quality control
- Detail cosmetic work to prepare products for shipment
Academic Education and Requirement
> At a Minimum, A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
> Permanent Residency or US citizenship required.
Needed Work Experience
> Minimum 2-years of related work experience is preferred
> Individuals with background in, Art- works, building miniature hand crafts, or similar handy skills may well fit for an entry level position
Must Have Requirement
> Good eye-hand coordination,
> Attention to details and good craftsmanship,
> Capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English,
> Will to learn, advance, and become a team player,
> Reading/Understanding electronic schematics and assembly prints is a plus,
> Some knowledge of basic electronics is a plus,
> Self-initiative with problem solving attitude,
> Capable of working independently and responsibly,
> Most importantly: having a good work ethics, pleasant to work with, will to learn, and having a responsible character.
Employee Benefits:
> Full Time (40 hours/week); Monday-Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM); Flexible Launch Hours ; Morning/Afternoon 15min break times (Company Paid) <
> Pay Rate: $19 - $23 an hour, depending on skills and experience
