The Director of Quality Assurance leads and mentors Superior's team of lab and field technicians toward delivering quality products and mix designs that meet specification requirements. Responsibilities include visiting plants to support the needs of each location, including reviewing results, materials, and having discussions to get ahead of any issues that may arise. The Director collaborates with internal department leaders, suppliers, customers, and industry experts on the status of operations to form solutions and address relevant questions.
