Description:
FieldHub is a fast-growing provider of accounting and ERP software for security integrators and field service companies. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Assistant to help us generate and distribute engaging content, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
This is a great opportunity to quickly learn B2B marketing and take on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate your abilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing content plans
Brainstorm and create social media, blog posts, emails, and marketing materials
Write and edit basic marketing content
Work with designers and video contractors
Help organize webinars and distribute follow-up resources
Maintain and update the content calendar
Schedule and post to social media and other channels
Track and review simple performance metrics
Prepare weekly content summaries
Stay current with marketing trends and tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Some experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar (internships, coursework, or personal projects)
Strong writing and editing skills
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic video editing tools a plus
Knowledge of social media platforms
Willingness to learn new tools and concepts (CMS, SEO, project management)
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
Team player eager to grow and take on more responsibility
Location:
Hybrid (with 3 to 6 days per month in Kensington MD Office)
Compensation:
- $45K to $55K per Year
