I want to hire a Virginia licensed litigator to represent me in a partition suit that is pending in front of the Arlington County circuit court where I am the defendant. I want you to do three tasks:
(1) depose the sheriff's deputy who attempted service of process;
(2) pursuant to local rule 3.3(e), file a motion for reconsideration of a motion to quash; and
(3) represent me in an allotment hearing scheduled for late August 2024.
I am a transactional lawyer and have already drafted 95%+ of the motion for reconsideration of motion to quash and will share it with you as you decide whether you wish to represent me. I would prefer someone who is regularly in front of the Arlington County circuit court, but that is not absolutely necessary.
I am willing to pay a reasonable hourly rate.
