This type of litigation is a method of legally challenging major credit card companies to validate their debt on a federal level. This is not debt settlement litigation.
Attorneys make an average of $200-$4,000 each day. M-F. This varies based on volume each week.
Due to existing market conditions and the credit crunch, we are overwhelmed with business. Therefore, we must bring on attorneys immediately.
Attorneys oversee everything from an online CRM. Oversight from the CRM varies but is typically 1 to 2 hours of work a day.
