About the Role:
USA Law Center, representing a network of 10 consumer-focused law firms, is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in debt validation and credit card debt elimination. Our mission is to support clients who are current on their credit card payments but overwhelmed by their monthly financial obligations.
This is a remote opportunity to join a dedicated legal team committed to upholding consumer rights and providing strategic solutions to reduce or eliminate credit card debt.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with attorneys to develop client-specific debt resolution strategies.
Conduct legal research and case preparation involving federal and state consumer protection statutes.
Maintain detailed and confidential records of client communications and case progress.
Support litigation and pre-litigation activities, including document preparation and review.

Qualifications:
Prior paralegal experience in debt validation or consumer protection law.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with AI-powered platforms and legal technology.
Thorough understanding of CRM systems and ability to maintain digital case workflows.
Technologically inclined and able to learn new tools and systems with speed and confidence.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
