Northern Virginia Equipment Rental yard looking for someone who has interest in working around
machinery (small construction, & lawn and garden equipment) to work at our rental yard as a yard hand.
Tasks will include but not limited to checking equipment in and out, explaining to the customer how a tool is used/works, loading and unloading, and light maintenance of equipment(greasing, changing of oil, cleaning, etc.). Must be able to lift 90+ Lbs regularly. Reading and writing of English is a must. Ideal for strong younger people willing to learn, we will provide training. Pay will depend on level of experience and knowledge of equipment, again we are willing to train. After 90 days we pay the 6 major Holidays and provide health insurance for full time employees (40 hour +, not for part time). We are open 6:30 AM to 5 PM, M-F, 7:30 AM to 5 PM Sat. Looking for someone full time 5 days, and occasionally trade Saturday for a week day so others can take Saturday off. Pay is bi-weekly on Fridays for the previous two weeks.
