Job Title: Vehicle Operations & Detailing Specialist (Part-Time)
Job Description:
SilverPrivate LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Operations & Detailing Specialist to assist with vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, inspections, cleaning, and preparation for the next rental. This part-time position offers flexible hours with the opportunity for more hours as the role develops.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless vehicle transitions between customers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality, and handling light maintenance tasks to keep our fleet in top condition.
Responsibilities:
✅ Vehicle Pick-Ups & Drop-Offs
Retrieve vehicles from customers at designated locations.
Deliver vehicles to customers promptly and professionally.
Transport cars to and from garages for maintenance when required.
✅ Vehicle Inspection & Preparation
Conduct visual inspections and test drives upon vehicle return to check for issues.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled (if needed), and ready for the next customer.
Use provided detailing equipment to wash, vacuum, and sanitize vehicles.
Identify and report damage, mechanical issues, or maintenance needs.
✅ Fleet Management & Light Maintenance
Keep track of vehicle availability and readiness.
Perform basic tasks such as tire pressure checks, fluid top-offs, and minor touch-ups.
Assist with inventory management for cleaning supplies and detailing materials.
Job Requirements:
✅ Minimum Age: 21+ years old
✅ Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
✅ Reliable Personal Vehicle for Transportation (Mileage reimbursement for work-related trips may be provided)
✅ Availability for Flexible Scheduling (including evenings and weekends as needed)
✅ Basic Vehicle Knowledge & Inspection Skills (Able to recognize mechanical issues, unusual noises, or signs of damage)
✅ Attention to Detail & Strong Work Ethic (Must maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles)
✅ Physical Ability (Able to drive, clean, and transport vehicles comfortably)
Preferred but Not Required:
️ Previous experience in car rental, valet, auto detailing, or fleet management
️ Basic knowledge of auto maintenance
️ Customer service experience
Compensation & Work Schedule:
$20 per hour (Part-Time)
Hours will start part-time and increase based on performance and business needs.
Work schedule is flexible but will include on-call availability depending on rental schedules.
