True Honey Teas is a rapidly growing tea company dedicated to delivering high-quality, honey-infused tea blends to customers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shipping and Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, including box trucks, to ensure efficient transport of products.
Pack, label, and ship web order packages accurately and on time.
Help with light deliveries using a box truck, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to local customers and partners.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the warehouse manager.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Follow company safety guidelines and adhere to all operational policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license (box truck experience preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or delivery is a plus.
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time, with flexible hours depending on business needs.
