Position: Roofing & Downspout Installer Subcontractor
Location:
Project sites located across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking reliable and experienced subcontractors who specialize in roof installation, repair, gutters, and downspouts, with the ability to handle different roofing materials (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.) and downspout installer. The ideal partner is detail-oriented, dependable, has a strong work ethic, and maintains high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in roofing and gutter installation
Ability to install shingles, metal, flat roofs, soffits, fascia, gutters, and downspouts
Must have own tools, transportation, and crew if needed
Able to handle demo, install, and cleanup
Must be punctual and respectful on job sites
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English is required
Must be able to provide references and project photos
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Can handle small framing, siding, or additional exterior work
Experience working with general contractors and reading plans
Available for projects on short notice when needed
