Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and potential clients visiting the store.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our technology products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in person, over the phone, and via email, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge or interest in technology products and gadgets.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
