Join our growing team as a Plumber’s Helper! We’re looking for a motivated individual who’s eager to support our plumbers through hands-on training.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems—pipes, fixtures, appliances, and more
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites; help set up and prepare work areas
Learn to measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes under supervision
Help troubleshoot minor plumbing issues and perform basic tasks (e.g., unclog drains, replace washers or rings)
Maintain clean, organized job sites and assist with post-job cleanup
Observe and learn from experienced plumbers—this is a foundational step toward becoming a skilled tradesperson
MUST :
You must hold valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
You must be able to physically fit and able to handle demanding work (heavy lifting, kneeling, working in confined spaces)
You must be excellent willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
AREA:
You must be able to meet the plumber daily in Manassas Va or Falls Church
