Position: Part-Time Evening Janitor
Job Description:
We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Janitor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at three different locations, all within 10 minutes of each other. This role involves working at one large location five days per week, Mon-Fri, and two smaller locations on Wednesdays and Fridays. You must have your vehicle and a valid driver's license. You must have three years of Commercial Office Cleaning experience, no exceptions. You must have a smartphone to take pictures, report issues, and document work.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting at all three locations.
2. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
3. Clean restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
4. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requests for replenishment.
5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
6. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
7. Work efficiently to complete tasks within the designated time frame.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is mandatory.
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
4. Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
5. Availability to work evenings, including Wednesdays, Fridays, and five days per week at the large location.
6. Reliable transportation to commute between the different locations.
