Pangea Markets is recruiting a Paint Consolidator to work in an exciting project in Fairfax, VA. Work 3 days a week- Monday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
Wednesday 7:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the intake of water based paint.
2. Sorting and categorizing the collected paint based on color, type, and condition.
3. Inspecting the paint for quality and determining if it can be recycled or disposed of properly.
4. Mixing and blending paints to create new colors or products.
5. Packaging recycled paint for distribution.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
7. Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
8. Keeping accurate records of the amount and type of paint consolidated.
9. Communicating with customers, suppliers, and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
10. Managing a team of volunteers.
Qualications:
1. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
2. High school diploma or equivalent may be required for this position.
3. Ability to life 50lbs.
4. Great customer service skills.
