Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Foreman to oversee and manage the daily Waterproofing a restoration. The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as hands-on knowledge. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the jobsite.
Responsibilities:
Manage work crews.
Perform daily image reports.
Be familiar with laws concerning safety, health and welfare of building occupants, municipal employees and the general public.
Supervise procedures.
Ensure that work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Coordinate activities with building management.
