We are rapidly growing and looking for new cleaners to work as subcontractors in Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Charles, Montgomery, Fairfax, and surrounding counties.
What You'll Do:
- Clear out large debris and perform thorough sweeping.
- Dust surfaces, including ceiling fans, door frames, windows, and cabinets, using a dry microfiber cloth.
- Remove and clean off stickers from various surfaces.
- Utilize a high-powered vacuum for leftover dust and dirt on floors.
- Deep clean inside and outside of cabinets, drawers, counters, shelves, and door/window frames.
- Vacuum and mop hard floors, and steam clean carpets.
- Power wash exterior walls and pathways.
- Thoroughly clean air vents, walls, windows, baseboards, light switches, and wall fixtures.
- Scrub and sanitize sinks, faucets, and toilets, plus scrub tiles focusing on grout lines.
- Remove scuff marks, paint, and plaster from various surfaces.

Job Requirements:
- Must complete projects by due dates.
- Must have possession of your own cleaning equipment.
- Must have previous experience in cleaning or construction site work.
- Must have the ability to pass a criminal background check.
Must be capable of working independently, with a strong commitment to safety and strict safety protocols.
