Job Responsibilities:
Undertake site preparations and demolition tasks as required.
Efficiently manage material movement and stacking on construction sites.
Assist in site preparation and cleanup operations as needed.
Execute assigned tasks under the supervision of the foreman.
Collaborate effectively with various trades, including roofing, concrete, landscaping, carpentry, excavating, and restoration, to ensure project success.
Utilize grinding, chipping, and mixing equipment as necessary to meet project specifications.
Qualifications:
Preferred minimum of one year of construction experience or equivalent.
Possess essential hand tools for the job.
Demonstrated commitment to understanding and adhering to safety protocols.
Dependable and capable of accurately following instructions.
Valid driver's license (optional).
Physical fitness and stamina to perform diverse tasks on construction sites.
