- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Adhere to company cleaning standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain professional and friendly demeanor while representing the company in clients' homes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
