A gentlewoman, in McLean, VA, needs to hire an experienced Housekeeper to join their team caring for a formal home on a large estate. Responsibilities include: meticulous deep cleaning and care for fine surfaces, assisting with laundry duties as needed, collaborating with other Housekeepers to maintain inventory and keep the home stocked, taking direction from the House Manager/Executive Housekeeper for the daily schedule of the home. Assistance with food preparation would be a bonus. Candidates must work seamlessly as a team member. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5pm with some flexibility. Must be comfortable with cats in the home and have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work. Experience with modern, smart appliances would be beneficial. Salary range: $35-40/hr. plus benefits.
