DMV Renovation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Improvement Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home improvement, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish project specifications and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals.

- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

- Regularly track project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget.

- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.

- Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, architects, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among project team members.

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues that may affect the project's quality.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.

- Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the home improvement or construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
